Played quarterback for Alma College (MI) from 2003 to 2006…holds 15 school records at Alma including yards passing (10,706), touchdown passes (85), pass completions (919), and total offense (12,247)…in 2006, was named the Gagliardi Trophy winner as the best player in Division III…ended the season leading NCAA Division III in three categories: total offense, passing yards, and passing yards per game…set an NCAA record with 288 consecutive pass attempts without an interception and set the NCAA Division III record with 10 consecutive games of 300 yards of total offense or more… was named MIAA Most Valuable Player, the Morley-Fraser Trophy Winner as the Top Division III Student-Athlete in Michigan, Football Gazette Division III Offensive Back of the Year, Football Gazette Division III 1st Team All- American, ESPN The Magazine 2nd Team Academic All-American, and to the All-MIAA 1st Team…invited to and played in the East Coast Bowl going 20 of 28 passing for 240 yards and two touchdowns and added another on the ground…maintained a 3.80 GPA and was named to the Dean’s List for eight consecutive semesters…a two-time captain.
