Officially retired from professional football on May 17, 2016…signed a one-year contract on March 30, 2016 with the Jacksonville Sharks…signed a one-year contract on February 28, 2013 with the Sharks for the 2013 AFL Season…re-signed with the AFL’s Jacksonville Sharks on September 22, 2011…signed as a free agent with the Jacksonville Sharks on October 21, 2010…signed his first professional contract with the AFL’s Tulsa Talons on June 10, 2010.

AFL Notes:

In 2016, came out of retirement to kick in seven games for the Jacksonville Sharks before announcing his official, final retirement on May 17th…made 1-of-3 field goals and 32-of-42 extra points totaling 35 points…ended his career as the Sharks all-time leader in career field goals (24) and extra points (121) and holds the team’s single-season records in both categories as well…in 2013, converted on 109-of-128 PAT tries and 6-of-12 field goals in 18 games…In 2012, kicked 10-of-12 field goals (83.3%) and 97-of-118 extra points (81%) for a total of 127 points…in the American Conference Semi-Finals, drilled a 51-yard field goal as time expired to boot the Sharks into the Conference Championship…the 51-yarder is the longest in Sharks playoff history…member of the 2011 Arena Bowl XXIV Champions, the Jacksonville Sharks…in 2011, was one of five kickers nominated for AFL NAPA Kicker of the Year…in 18 games during the regular season, connected 7-for-11 on field goal attempts (64%) and 121-of-155 on extra point attempts (78%)…helped clinch the Sharks’ berth in ArenaBowl XXIV by making a career long 36-yard field goal with under a minute left versus the Georgia Force in the American Conference Championship…made his professional debut on June 11, 2010 with the AFL’s Tulsa Talons…played in seven games going 3-for-3 on field goal attempts…season-long field goal of 30 yards…connected on 46-of-55 extra point attempts (84%).


In 2009, named the NJAC Special Teams Player of the Year and a First-Team All Region selection by D3Football.com…helped Montclair State captured its 18th New Jersey Athletic Conference Championship and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division III Playoffs…led the conference in PAT percentage (.972), while ranking third in kick scoring per game (5.7 points)…connected on 10-of-15 field goal attempts, and a league-best 35-of-36 PATs…included in his 10 field goals was a three-field goal performance in MSU’s 16-13 win over The College of New Jersey on October 24…first MSU placekicker to connect on three 40-yard attempts in a game as he hit from 42, 44 and career-best 47 yards in the rain….was 31-of-49 in field goals for his career and successfully converted 92-of-99 point-after chances for a total of 185 points…ranks third on the all-time field goal list at Montclair State and he is second in career extra points and ninth in points scored.
